MemPad 3.20 is a simple text note manager and editor (a type of Post-it without the sticky notes) with a hierarchical tree structure to make locating and searching these notes easier.

Within the editor you have all the normal characteristics of any editor: copy, cut, paste, undo, insert date, etc.

It lets the user have some notes read-only (not modifiable), or even encrypt them to keep their contents private.
