Simple text note manager and editor with hierarchical structure to facilitate locating

As you might have already gathered by its name, MemPad 3.20 is a simple text note manager and editor (a type of Post-it without the sticky notes) with a hierarchical tree structure to make locating and searching these notes easier.

Within the MemPad 3.20 editor you have all the normal characteristics of any editor: copy, cut, paste, undo, insert date, etc. It also offers web links as well as network and local file links (the full path isn't required) and internal page links. The index structure can be modified with buttons, context menu or hotkeys. It has cut & paste functions and quick node moving, and MemPad always saves data without prompting (when closing Mempad or opening another file). There is also an optional auto save (every 4 minutes).

MemPad 3.20 lets the user have some notes read-only (not modifiable), or even encrypt them to keep their contents private.
